Checkout step 1 - Submit Login details
If you are a new customer, you will be required to register with us to get your login details via email.
Checkout step 2 - Select items you wish to purchase and check size
Checkout step 3 - Insert your delivery Address details
Checkout step 4 - Insert Payment details credit card or other
Checkout Step 5 - Confirmation of order and shipping address
Once an order has been placed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail giving details of the items you have ordered, the value of the order and how much has been debited from your credit card/debit card. Anastasia Boutique must receive full payment for the price of the goods that are ordered before the order is accepted.
Once payment has been received and confirmed we will dispatch the product to you for delivery, we will send you an Order dispatch e-mail which includes details of the product. The order will be deemed complete at the time and date of sending the e-mail. This is when we have a contract with you.
Anastasia Boutique reserve the right to cancel any order, if i) we do not have sufficient stock of the item you ordered, ii) we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment iii) if we identify a pricing error. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time and at our sole discretion. You will be contacted via e-mail and your account will be reimbursed to the value of the order.
DELIVERY COSTS
RETURNS POLICY
Products purchased through the website cannot be returned in person to the retail store. All items purchased online should be returned to Anastasia online via An Post or courier to the below address.
Similarly, items bought in Anastasia store cannot be returned to Anastasia Online or exchanged for any items in the Online store.
Anastasia reserves the right to have a different returns policy for goods purchased within the online store with our retail store in 114 Ranelagh Rd, Dublin 6.
When you purchase goods online and you are not completely content with them, we will offer you a full refund.
In order to receive a refund or exchange:
⇔ The items must be unworn and in perfect condition. All labels and designer garment tags must be still attached and not removed.
⇔ Returns that are damaged, spoilt, soiled or returned without all of the labels may not be accepted and may be returned to the customer. For this reason, when trying on clothing, please avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, water or hair spray.
⇔ Returns or exchange will not be accepted for jewellery. This includes earrings, bracelets, necklaces and broaches.
⇔ Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for on Custom Made or Individually Tailored items specifically ordered for customer
You will be responsible for payment of sending the goods back to us and this amount will not be reimbursed to you.
We will only issue refunds or exchanges on items that are shipped back to us within 14 days of receipt. Returns that are outside the 14 days will be accepted at Anastasia Boutique's discretion. An exchange may be offered instead of a refund in this instance.

Your parcel is your responsibility until we receive it, so we recommend using Registered Post or a registered delivery service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate.
When your return has been received and processed, you will receive a call or an e-mail.
